THUNDER BULLION CO. · GOOD QUESTIONS, CLEAR ANSWERS
A little clarity before you collect.
From finding a piece to asking about its details, here’s how to explore Thunder Bullion Co. Open a question below, or reach out for help with a specific item.
01Buying with TBC
Can I buy directly on this website?
For now, this website is a catalog and a place to explore TBC. To ask about a piece, contact us with its item number or listing link. For auction items, use the linked marketplace listing.
How do I ask for a price or availability?
Email thunderbullionco@gmail.com or use the contact page. Include the item number, name, and quantity you want. We’ll confirm current availability and discuss the details with you.
Where do I find payment, shipping, or return details?
For an eBay or GreatCollections listing, review the terms on that specific listing. For a direct inquiry, ask TBC to confirm payment, shipping, and any return terms before agreeing to a purchase.
02Understanding inventory
What does the quantity mean?
Quantity is the number of units shown for that grouped listing. Identical items may appear together instead of in separate rows. Check the item description to see whether a unit is an individual piece or a set, and confirm availability with TBC.
What does Coming Soon mean?
These pieces are expected but have not yet arrived. They are separated from on-hand inventory. Timing may change; contact us about a specific item for its latest status.
Can I see more photos of an item?
Yes—send us the item number and tell us which views you’d like to see, such as the front, reverse, packaging, or a closer look at a detail. Where a photo is available in the catalog, click it to open a larger view.
Why might a piece disappear or move to an auction?
The catalog changes as pieces sell, arrive, or are listed on eBay or GreatCollections. If a piece you saw earlier is missing, send its item number or description and we can check its status.
03Auctions & learning
Where can I find TBC’s auctions?
Visit our Auctions page for the eBay and GreatCollections links. The marketplace listing provides the current bid, closing time, photos, and sale terms.
I’m new to bullion. Where should I start?
Our Buying Guide is a useful starting point for terminology and the differences between common pieces. If you’re unsure which listing you’re looking at, ask TBC for the stated metal, weight, purity, and condition details.
Have a specific piece in mind?
Send the item number and we’ll take it from there.
